DOWNTOWN FIELD TRIP MANDATORY!
When: Saturday, March 14th
Where: Portland State University, Cramer Hall Room 53
Parents are required to attend with students with from 9:00 am through 9:45 am. We will discuss many trip items including packing, phone cards, money cards, etc.
Parents may leave after we are done reviewing trip items.
Students will then work with their Treasure Hunt booklet and maps and determine the best route through downtown Portland, in their pre-arranged groups.
Students will make their way, by Max, to the Vietnam Memorial at the Portland Zoo, where parents need to pick them up at 3:30 pm.
We will provide students with $5 towards lunch and enough money to get on the Max.
This is a MANDATORY event. If students do not attend, they will not go on the trip, regardless of meeting attendance or payments already made. This is a major component of our trip and was on the calendar in October and part of the application process.
